How it works
Set the contract
Property, tenant, rent amount, billing day and tenancy terms go on the record.
Tenant funds their wallet
They can add KES 100, KES 500, KES 2,000 or any other amount on M-Pesa, whenever they have it.
Rent is settled from the wallet
On the due day the system applies wallet funds to the rent invoice. Shortfalls stay visible as outstanding.
